
Srinagar, March 1 Protests erupted in various parts of Kashmir on Sunday against the killing of Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a US-Israeli attack, officials said.
Hundreds of protestors took to the streets in various locations with a large Shia population, officials said.
They said the protestors marched peacefully and were chanting slogans against the US and Israel.
The Iranian supreme leader Khamenei was killed in an attack by Israel and the United States, Iranian state media confirmed early Sunday.
