March 19, New Delhi – Renowned Padma Shri award-winning sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik celebrated the New Year by creating a 7-foot-high, 15-foot-long sand sculpture at Puri Beach.
The sculpture attracted both locals and tourists, who admired Pattnaik's artistry and the festive atmosphere it created at the iconic beach.
