Rainfall and Hailstorms: Assessing Crop Losses.webp

April 5, New Delhi: Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, has taken note of the heavy rainfall and hailstorms affecting several states.

Chouhan has directed officials of the Ministry of Agriculture to review the extent of crop damage caused by these weather events. Officials have been instructed to coordinate with state authorities and gather detailed information.

Addressing the farmers, the minister assured them that they need not worry, and the Modi Government stands with them in this hour of crisis.

Chouhan will also discuss the matter of crop damage with the agriculture ministers of the affected states to ensure timely relief and support for farmers.
