Jaipur, March 14 Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma chaired a meeting on Saturday to review preparations for the summer and directed officials to ensure a continuous supply of drinking water during the summer months.
According to a release, Sharma directed the Public Health Engineering Department (PHED) and district collectors to make adequate arrangements for smooth water supply.
Sharma also asked officials and district collectors to closely monitor the supply of LPG and take strict action against hoarding, according to officials.
PHED Minister Kanhaiya Lal Choudhary, Food and Civil Supplies Minister Sumit Godara, Chief Secretary V Srinivas, and other senior officials were present at the Chief Minister's Office for the meeting, while Forest Minister Sanjay Sharma, divisional commissioners, and district collectors joined the meeting via video conferencing.
