April 9, New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has congratulated General Phan Van Giang on his appointment as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Vietnam.
In a post on X, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated that India looks forward to further strengthening its long-standing defence ties with Vietnam. He highlighted the importance of deepening cooperation in areas such as security, military exchanges, and industry collaboration.
Rajnath Singh expressed confidence that the India-Vietnam partnership will continue to grow stronger in the years ahead.
