He ordered cleanliness drives around mosques, while the Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department was tasked with market inspections to prevent overpricing and ensure adequate supply of essentials and LPG.
The Executive Engineer of Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited was instructed to maintain uninterrupted power supply during Sehri and Iftar, and the Jal Shakti Department to ensure regular water supply. The Chief Medical Officer was directed to keep adequate medical facilities and medicines available throughout Ramadan.
