Muzaffarpur (Bihar), April 11 A 10-year-old girl was allegedly raped by two men in Muzaffarpur district, Bihar, according to police on Saturday.
Two women from the girl's neighborhood took her to the house of another woman and called the two men who allegedly raped the minor on Friday night, the police said.
Town SDPO Suresh Kumar told reporters that "The Mithanpura police received information about the alleged rape of a minor girl. Acting swiftly, the police apprehended the three women, and proceedings are underway to apprehend the main accused."
The victim is receiving treatment at Shree Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH) in Muzaffarpur, he added.
An FSL team visited the site, and further investigations are underway, the SDPO said.
"The accused women dropped the girl off at home, but when her condition deteriorated, she narrated the entire incident to her family upon being asked," a family member said.
