
New Delhi, April 1 Ratnaveer Precision Engineering announced on Wednesday that it plans to begin commercial operations of its Rs 338-crore copper clad laminates project in November of this year.
The project, approved under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS), is being set up in Vadodara, Gujarat.
The company received approval under the Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme (ECMS) for its Copper Clad Laminates (CCL) project.
"The objective of this project is to enable full integration in critical electronic components and strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities. The project has already commenced, and the company expects commercial operations to begin by November 2026," Ratnaveer Precision Engineering said in a statement.
The company said that it has placed orders for machinery, the procurement process is ongoing, and the civil work is in full swing.
"This project reflects our strong commitment to contributing to India's self-reliance in critical electronic components. With this investment, our aim is to develop world-class capabilities, promote innovation, and play a meaningful role in strengthening India's electronics ecosystem," Ratnaveer Precision Engineering Managing Director Vijay Sanghvi said.
The company said that a technical collaboration has been established with a leading machinery manufacturing company in the industry.
