
New Delhi, April 2 Raymond Realty Ltd announced on Thursday a more than twofold increase in its sales bookings to Rs 1,519 crore for the quarter ended March, driven by stronger demand for its residential properties.
Sales bookings were at Rs 636 crore in the year-ago period.
In a regulatory filing, Raymond Realty said its sales bookings or pre-sales rose 31 per cent to Rs 3,023 crore for the full fiscal year 2025-26, from Rs 2,314 crore in the previous fiscal year.
The company has a strong pipeline of projects with a total revenue potential of Rs 43,000 crore across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). These projects will be launched over the next few years.
