The G7 group of developed nations has strongly condemned Iran's attacks on military and other strategic sites in several countries in the Middle East. Foreign ministers and representatives from Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States issued a joint statement expressing solidarity with the affected countries.

The G7 nations warned that Iran's actions put the targeted countries at risk and pose a threat to regional and global security. The G7 called on Iran to cease military action and halt its missile program.

The group also emphasized the importance of ensuring the security of vital maritime routes and global supply chains, particularly the strategically important Strait of Hormuz. The foreign ministers of the G7 countries said they were prepared to take necessary measures to ensure the stability of global energy supplies.

The group also stated that Iran is not permitted to develop nuclear weapons. The group also said that the affected countries have the right to self-defense.
