April 5, New Delhi: Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, paid tributes to former leader Babu Jagjivan Ram on his birth anniversary.
In a post on X, Amit Shah remembered Babu Jagjivan Ram as a pioneer of social justice who dedicated his life to serving the nation and its people.
He highlighted Babu Jagjivan Ram's role in the freedom struggle, his strong opposition to divisive forces, and his efforts to protect the rights of weaker and underprivileged sections of society.
Amit Shah added that Babu Jagjivan Ram's lifelong struggle for social justice will continue to inspire generations to come.
