New Delhi, March 24 KPI Green Energy announced on Tuesday that its total energized capacity has reached 965 megawatts peak.
In the context of renewable energy, charging/energization approval refers to the regulatory permission granted by grid operators for a renewable energy (RE) project to connect to the main electricity grid, after meeting the necessary requirements.
In a filing with the stock exchange, the company stated that it has recently energized an additional 376 MWp of solar and wind capacity.
"With this, the company's total energized capacity under its Independent Power Producer (IPP) portfolio has reached 965 MWp (megawatt peak)," KPI Green Energy said.
