Jaipur, March 20 The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) launched a 24-hour "helpline" on Friday to report "love jihad," "land jihad," and religious conversions in the state.

The right-wing group stated that members of the Hindu community can call 9024-669-328 for immediate assistance and guidance in cases of harassment.

"The helpline has been launched to ensure that people facing difficulties can directly reach out to the organization, particularly in cases where they may not receive adequate support," said Vivek Diwakar, a co-secretary of the VHP's regional office.

He said that the central monitoring of the helpline will be carried out from Jaipur.

Amitosh Parik, the national spokesperson of the VHP, claimed that cases related to "love jihad" and illegal land encroachment have surfaced in parts of the state.

"The helpline will remain active during upcoming festivals such as Ram Navami and Hanuman Jayanti to ensure timely assistance to those in need," he said.
