April 09, New Delhi – Secretary (East) of India’s Ministry of External Affairs, P. Kumaran, co-chaired the 28th ASEAN-India Senior Officials’ Meeting alongside Philippines Secretary of Foreign Affairs Leo M. Herrera-Lim in Manila.
The meeting reviewed progress in implementing decisions from the 2025 ASEAN-India Summit and discussed ways to strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, as 2026 is designated as the ASEAN-India Year of Maritime Cooperation.
