New Delhi, March 12 Rajya Sabha Chairman CP Radhakrishnan said on Thursday that there is no doubt that he belongs to the RSS, but the Chair is above any ideology or party.
He was responding to a comment by Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, who pointed out an old picture of him being shown on the television monitor in the House and said: "This shirt is separate, but that shirt is purely RSS."
Radhakrishnan retorted saying: "That is my old photo which is being shown. I belong to the RSS, and there is no doubt about it. I will never deny it."
"The Chair is not RSS, nor is it Congress," he asserted, as the two shared some lighter moments.
