He expressed hope that the peace talks brokered by the U.S. in Geneva next week would be productive, but stated that Ukraine was being asked to make too many concessions.
Delegations from Ukraine, Russia, and the United States are scheduled to meet in the Swiss lakeside city of Geneva on Tuesday and Wednesday as U.S. President Donald Trump seeks to finalize a deal to end Europe's largest conflict since 1945.
