
March 02, New Delhi – Rwandan Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation, Olivier Nduhungirehe, arrived in New Delhi this morning on an official visit.
At the airport, the visiting dignitary was received by the Joint Secretary for East & Southern Africa at India’s Ministry of External Affairs.
During his visit, the Rwandan Foreign Minister will attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue and the 2nd India-Rwanda Joint Commission Meeting.
Official Spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, posted on X and wrote, "Warm welcome to the Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation of Rwanda, Olivier Nduhungirehe. The Rwandan Foreign Minister is in India to attend the 11th Raisina Dialogue and the 2nd India-Rwanda Joint Commission Meeting."
