In New Delhi, on March 7, the Open Quantum Institute, established by Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator (GESDA) along with CERN, aims to ensure that quantum computing will be "accessible to all" in the future.
Marilyne Andersen, Director General of GESDA, who is currently in India to participate in the Raisina Dialogue, also stated that science and diplomacy must work together, as they "positively influence" each other or are needed by each other.
