In New Delhi, April 2 Actors Anant Joshi and Nidhi Bisht, who are reprising their popular roles in the second season of "Mamla Legal Hai", say they had a lot of fun exploring the evolving character dynamics in the new season, which features a new set of interesting legal cases.
Both Joshi and Bisht gained recognition for their roles as court manager Vishwas Pandey and lawyer Sujata Negi, respectively, in the Netflix legal comedy.
The new season, which will be released on Friday, explores quirky cases and even quirkier characters at the Patparganj District Court, led by Ravi Kishan's VD Tyagi.
Bisht, who studied law before becoming an actor, said she is grateful for all the love her character Negi received in the first season, as she aspired to have her own private office.
"In the first season, Sujata's desire was to have a private office, and she finally got it. Now, Munshi ji (one of the characters on the show) told her in the last season that you need a partner in both your personal and professional life. So, that's what's happening now. The search for a partner is ongoing, and that's the arc," the actor told
