
Ahmedabad, April 8 A tremor of magnitude 3.3 struck the Amreli district in Gujarat's Saurashtra region on Wednesday, with no reports of casualties or property damage, officials said.
The tremor was recorded at 3:58 am, with its epicenter located about 42 km south-southeast of Amreli at a depth of 9.6 km, according to the Gandhinagar-based Institute of Seismological Research (ISR).
There have been no reports of casualties, injuries, or property loss, an official at the district emergency operation center stated.
On March 29, a tremor was recorded at 4:10 pm, with its epicenter located about 42 km south-southeast of Amreli at a depth of 11.6 km. Another tremor of magnitude 2.6 was recorded in the same location at 11:53 am on March 30, according to the ISR.
