Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha interacted with young people from Ladakh who were visiting Jammu as part of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad’s (ABVP) "Students' Experience in Regional Understanding (SERU)–National Unity Tour 2026" at Lok Bhavan, Jammu. Akashvani Jammu correspondent reports that during the interaction, the LG welcomed the young people and encouraged them to learn from diverse cultures and experiences and contribute positively to society. He said that programs like SERU are instrumental in strengthening the spirit of national unity and fostering mutual understanding among young people from different parts of the country. The young people also shared the experience and exposure they gained during the SERU program. A group of 30 students representing diverse regions of Ladakh—including Nubra, Kargil, Leh, Lamayuru, Shang, Nyoma, and Zanskar—is participating in the National Integration Tour. The tour provides young people with educational and cultural exposure across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.
