March 06, New Delhi: Amit Shah attended the 57th Raising Day ceremony of the Central Industrial Security Force at the Kharavela Regional Training Centre in Cuttack on Friday.
Addressing the gathering, Shah said that the CISF has played a crucial role in eliminating Naxalism in several parts of the country.
He stated that the Narendra Modi government is committed to freeing the country from Naxalism by March 31, 2026, and that the CISF has played a vital role in this effort.
Shah added that whether in Odisha, Chhattisgarh, or Telangana, the CISF has made a significant contribution to eliminating Naxalism.
