The "Shramik Shivir" (Labour Camp) initiative in Kishtwar, organized by the Department of Labour & Employment, is a weekly program (held every Saturday) designed to provide government welfare services directly to laborers and local residents. As part of this, department employees will visit laborers at the Panchayat level every Saturday, offering services such as on-the-spot online registration and assistance with labour cards.
