
Reasi, April 9: Deputy Commissioner Reasi, Kumar Abhishek, chaired a meeting in Ransoo to address public concerns and review issues related to the Shri Shiv Khori pilgrimage.
Local representatives raised demands, including a new survey of the Ransoo town plan, extending the duration of the pilgrimage, providing space for local vendors, revising rates for palki, pithu, and pony services, and conducting fresh tenders for shops, as well as live telecasting of the Aarti.
The DC assured prompt action and announced special camps to assist stakeholders in completing the necessary documentation for the town plan.
MLA Kuldeep Raj Dubey, SSP Mukund Tibrewal, and other officials were also present.
