Katra, February 24: The Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board has launched a dedicated online portal to solicit expert input for the proposed International Goddess Museum, following its approval at the 76th Board Meeting, chaired by Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir.
The portal aims to gather suggestions from scholars, historians, architects, museum specialists, and spiritual experts for developing a world-class museum focused on the Divine Feminine and the Shakti tradition. The museum will document the history of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Temple, the evolution of the pilgrimage, and the philosophy of Shakti worship, using modern technologies and curated exhibitions.
Chief Executive Officer Sachin Kumar Vaishya said that the platform will ensure academic rigor and authentic presentation while preserving the shrine’s spiritual ethos. He invited institutions and experts to contribute suggestions to shape the museum as a global knowledge and experiential center.
