Srinagar, April 8 Chairman of the All Party Sikh Coordination Committee (APSCC), Jagmohan Singh Raina, welcomed the ceasefire between the US and Iran on Wednesday, calling it a positive development for global peace.
"Any escalation in the conflict would have had a serious impact on regions like Kashmir, particularly in terms of rising prices and shortages of petroleum products," Raina said in a statement.
"War is not a solution," he said, and emphasized dialogue and diplomacy to resolve international conflicts.
