Siliguri: BJP Workers Targeted on Return Journey.webp

March 16, New Delhi — Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers who had traveled from the Siliguri zone, West Bengal, to attend Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally at Brigade Park were reportedly attacked while returning to NJP Station. The incident occurred at the Teenbatti crossing.

According to reports, such attacks were anticipated, and railway authorities were aware of the potential risk. Teenbatti is known as a trouble zone, reportedly populated by Bangladeshis and Rohingya Muslims.
