Silver and Gold Prices Steady in Delhi.webp

New Delhi, April 3 Silver and gold prices remained unchanged in the national capital on Friday, according to the All India Sarafa Association, due to subdued demand from jewelers and retailers.

While the white metal was quoted at unchanged Rs 2,37,000 per kilogram (inclusive of all taxes), gold of 99.9 per cent purity remained unchanged at Rs 1,51,500 per 10 grams (inclusive of all taxes).

Traders said domestic prices remained within a narrow range due to a lack of fresh information from global markets, which were closed due to Good Friday.

The subdued demand from local jewelers and retailers also kept prices unchanged, they added.

Market participants are now awaiting the reopening of overseas markets to gain further direction in bullion prices.
