
New Delhi, February 26 Silver prices fell by Rs 3,264 to Rs 2,65,052 per kilogram on Thursday as participants reduced their positions.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for March delivery declined by Rs 3,264, or 1.22 percent, to Rs 2,65,052 per kg in a business turnover of 1,058 lots.
Analysts said the selling pressure from market participants was the main factor driving down silver prices.
Globally, silver was trading at USD 89.35 per ounce in New York, down 0.14 percent.
