Silver Futures See Gains Amid US Trade Concerns.webp

New Delhi, March 6 Silver prices rose by 1.24 percent to Rs 2,65,447 per kg in futures trading on Friday, amid renewed uncertainty over US trade policy.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, the silver for May delivery increased by Rs 3,256, or 1.24 percent, to Rs 2,65,447 per kilogram in a trading turnover of 1,208 lots.

Analysts said that the rise in silver prices was due to fresh positions taken up by participants.

In the overseas market, Comex silver futures increased by USD 1.34, or 1.63 percent, to USD 83.58 per ounce.
