February 25, New Delhi: The Supreme Court of India has modified its earlier order regarding the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) in West Bengal.
The Chief Justice of India stated that, in continuation of the order dated February 24, 2026, it is further clarified and directed that all documents mentioned in paragraph 3(III) of the earlier order shall be submitted by the Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) to the presiding judicial officers.
