Following the successful conclusion of the recent session of the Assam Legislative Assembly, Speaker Biswajit Daimary arrived in Nagrijuli, Tamulpur, on Friday afternoon.
He stated that while debates between the ruling party and the opposition are a natural part of parliamentary democracy, it is extremely important for the House to function in the best interest of the public. He added that this tradition has been maintained over the past five years.
