In Assam, police seized narcotic substances worth nearly ₹1 crore during an operation at the Moina Bypass in Patharkandi, under the Sribhumi district. Approximately 10,000 prohibited Yaba tablets were recovered from a vehicle. The driver, identified as Jabid Hussain, has been arrested in connection with the case.
