SHOPIAN, March 15: The Sankalp Hub for Empowerment of Women, under Mission Shakti in Shopian, organized a stationery distribution drive for school students as part of the "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" (BBBP) initiative.
The program aimed to promote education, encourage regular school attendance, and support students by providing essential learning materials.
During the drive, stationery kits were distributed to students of Government Boys Upper Primary School Sedow, Government Primary School Parraypora Sedow, Boys Upper Primary School Rangmarg Sedow, and Government Upper Primary School Checki Sedow.
Officials from Mission Shakti interacted with students and teachers, emphasizing the importance of education in building a progressive and empowered society.
They also highlighted the objectives of the "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" initiative, stressing the need to ensure equal educational opportunities and nurture the potential of every child.
