Akanksha Bhuyan achieved the second-highest rank in the HSLC examination.
Akanksha Bhuiya, from Hawajan in Gohpur, Biswanath district, secured the second position in the state, achieving an impressive score of 589 marks (98.16%).
A student of Ambikagiri Raychaudhury National Vidyalaya, her success sparked celebrations throughout the area. A festive atmosphere prevailed at the school, with a procession taking place along National Highway 15 accompanied by traditional drums.
Her achievement has brought pride not only to Gohpur but to the entire Biswanath district.
