New Delhi, March 8 Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan praised Anil Kapoor's performance in his latest film, "Subedar," and said the actor's dedication to his craft is inspiring.
Directed by Suresh Trivedi, known for "Tumhari Sulu" and "Jalsa," the film was released on Prime Video on March 5 and also stars Mona Singh, Saurabh Shukla, Radhika Madan, Aditya Rawal, and Faisal Malik in significant roles.
Khan shared a post on his X handle on Saturday, saying he thoroughly enjoyed the film. "Really enjoyed #Subedar. I can always count on @AnilKapoor to give it his all – a restrained yet effective performance. His dedication to the craft is inspiring, and the action sequences were excellent," he wrote.
"#AdityaRawal, #SaurabhShukla, #MonaSingh, #FaisalMalik, #RadhikaMadan – each character was uniquely portrayed, and all of you gave such excellent performances. Well done, #SureshTrivedi and the entire team… lots of love," he added.
The film follows Arjun Singh (Kapoor), who struggles with civilian life, dealing with a strained relationship with his daughter and societal issues.
