Rajouri, March 20: The Indian Army has established a library in the Jhangar village near the Line of Control (LoC) to provide a dedicated study space for children in the border area.

The initiative aims to support students from nearby villages where educational facilities are limited. The library offers a quiet environment for reading and learning, along with activities like drawing.

Students expressed their gratitude to the Army, saying that the facility has created new opportunities for learning and productive use of their free time.
