
Mumbai, March 24 The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) announced on Tuesday the launch of "Mumbai Fast," a dedicated talent scouting program aimed at identifying and nurturing promising fast bowlers across its jurisdiction.
The talent scouting will take place between March 30 and April 8, and details regarding venues and timings can be obtained from the MCA website.
The trials will be open to boys and girls in the age group of 17 to 22 years. Bowlers who achieve speeds of 120 kmph (for boys) and 90 kmph (for girls) and above will be shortlisted.
Ajinkya Naik, President, MCA, said: "Mumbai Fast is a focused effort to identify and develop genuine pace bowling talent across our region. We aim to create a strong pipeline of fast bowlers who can represent Mumbai and India at the highest level."
