Trichy (Tamil Nadu), March 11 Tamil Nadu BJP chief Nainar Nagenthran on Wednesday criticised Chief Minister M K Stalin for comparing the 2026 Assembly election to "Tamil Nadu vs Delhi," and said the election was a battle between "people's rule vs DMK's dynastic rule."
He was addressing the NDA rally in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi here.
"I want to tell Chief Minister M K Stalin that this is an election to end the DMK's family rule in Tamil Nadu. It is a battle between family rule versus people's rule, not Tamil Nadu versus Delhi," Nagenthran said.
Nagenthran also pointed out that whenever the Prime Minister visited Tamil Nadu, he provided projects worth several thousand crore rupees to the state, a fact that the chief minister failed to acknowledge.
