Chennai, March 16 Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin held a meeting with his party's district secretaries here on Monday, following the Election Commission's announcement of holding the state assembly elections on April 23.
Stalin, who is the president of the DMK, has already set a target of winning over 200 seats. He has urged party members to effectively campaign by reaching out to the public regarding the state government's welfare initiatives.
