These include the laying of the foundation stone for the Nagrijuli Degree College, the construction of a mini stadium at Owbari, and development work at Shuklai Park in Naokata, which will feature a toy train, an open gym, and a musical fountain.

Speaking at a large public gathering in Nagrijuli, Mohilary also extended financial assistance under the "Assam Darshan" scheme to six religious institutions in the region.

Meanwhile, Assam Cabinet Minister Jayanta Malla Baruah laid the foundation stone of a 1.5 km railway overbridge on the Goreswar-Baihata Chariali road, a project estimated to cost ₹136 crore. The minister stated that the construction is expected to be completed within the next two years.
