Mumbai, March 29 – Continuing his musical journey, Aparshakti Khurana released his latest single "Tere Piche", which also features Mahima Makwana.
Speaking about the track, Aparshakti said, "Tere Piche is a soulful love song that makes you feel the comfort and vulnerability of love. It's one of my most cherished creations, along with Sakshi Ratti and Mir Desai! Tere Piche is a beautiful blend of poetry and soothing music, a track that you can enjoy with your loved one at the end of the day."
Recalling a memorable moment from the "Tere Piche" journey, he shared, "One of the most memorable moments during the two-day shoot in Goa was finishing the shoot and having dinner at Chef Kunal Kapur's restaurant, Pincode Bungalow. We had a fantastic meal there. I think, after a long day of hard work, having a good meal really satisfies you, both as an artist and as an individual."
When asked about his inspiration, Aparshakti named the legendary Kishore Kumar.
"The kind of versatility I'm aiming for, including singing, hosting, acting, and trying to multitask as much as possible, I think it's appropriate to mention Kishore Kumar sahab. He's a true legend, and I also try to do all of it together in one day and make the most of my creative abilities," he revealed.
Sharing his thoughts on the song, Aparshakti added, "Every song I create, the idea is always to have good lyrics, a good story, and a good writing piece that also carries a sense of innocence, simplicity, and organic writing. That's something I love to do with my music, and Tere Piche is no different."
The lyrics for "Tere Piche" have been written by Sakshi Ratti and Aparshakti Khurana. The EP also includes the songs "Gulaabi Asmaan" and "Aakhri Vaar".
