Mumbai, March 1 Actress Krystle D'Souza celebrated her birthday on Sunday, and to mark the occasion, she decided to spend some quality time with her close friends, including her former co-star and best friend, Nia Sharma.
During the birthday celebration, Krystle and Nia were seen dancing together to Krystle's popular track "Shararat" from the film "Dhurandhar".
Sharing the video of the two enjoying a fun time on social media, Nia wrote, "It's Krystle's birthday... Let's have more 'Shararat' because she's the best, smartest, and most beautiful! (sic)"
While Krystle looked stunning in a silver sequin dress, Nia opted for a black crop top paired with matching pants for the occasion.
For those who don't remember, Krystle and Nia played the roles of Jeevika and Manvi in the popular television show "Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai", and they have been great friends ever since.
Speaking about "Shararat", the song is sung by Jasmine Sandlas and Madhubanti Bagchi. With lyrics written by Jasmine Sandlas, the upbeat track is composed by Shashwat Sachdev. The music video of "Shararat" features Krystle and Ayesha Khan showing off their impressive moves in Aditya Dhar's "Dhurandhar".
Along with the film's successful performance at the box office, the song "Shararat" also has a dedicated fanbase. It also gained significant traction on social media, with American singer and actor Nick Jonas, who is married to Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra, also dancing to the track in one of his Instagram posts.
In December last year, Nick uploaded a video of himself and his team dancing to the song before a performance, calling it their pre-show hype.
"New pre-show hype song unlocked," he captioned the post.
Following the overwhelming response to the first installment of the franchise, the makers are set to release "Dhurandhar Part 2" on March 19.
