The BJP National President visited Tinsukia; offered prayers at Namghar
In the Tinsukia district of Assam, BJP National President Nitin Nabin visited Barekuri today. He offered prayers at the historic Bor Namghar in Barekuri, where he interacted with devotees and sought their blessings. The devotees welcomed him with traditional gayan-bayan (a traditional, devotional musical performance from Assam), while elderly women offered blessings according to local customs.
Later, the BJP leader visited Guijan, where he paid homage at the mausoleum of Matak kingdom ruler Swargadeo Sarbananda Singh in Guijan, offering prayers and tributes at the historic site.
He will later interact with booth-level workers in a tea garden area, thus concluding his tour.
