
Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah welcomed the reopening of 14 tourist destinations, following discussions with the Union Minister. He also directed officials to ensure seamless essential services and facilities for the public during the holy month of Ramadhan.
Srinagar, February 17: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has expressed satisfaction over the decision to open 14 additional tourist destinations in Jammu and Kashmir for tourists and the general public. He stated that he had brought this matter to the notice of the Union Home Minister during his recent visit to Jammu and Kashmir and the Home Minister had assured appropriate action on it. During this, the Chief Minister also mentioned that appropriate measures are being taken to ensure the availability of essential facilities for the people during the month of Ramadan.
