Bhandara, April 1 Two children drowned in a pond in Bhandara district, Maharashtra, according to police.
The tragic incident occurred in Rongha village in the Tumsar taluka.
Seven-year-old Chandrapal Rupchand Kumbhare and six-year-old Sarthak Sanjay Uike went missing while playing on Tuesday afternoon. Their bodies were found floating in a nearby pond on Wednesday morning.
The Gobarwahi Police are conducting further investigations.
