Trump Sets Deadline, Warns of Potential Action Against Iran.webp

April 07, New Delhi: US President Donald Trump stated that the Tuesday deadline he has set for Iran to reach an agreement is final.

During a press conference, Trump said that Iran could be "taken out" in one night, and that night could be tomorrow night, referring to Tuesday. He vowed to destroy Iranian power plants and bridges in "four hours" if no agreement is reached. Trump called Iran's 10-point response a "significant step," but said it was "not good enough."

Trump and Secretary of Defence Pete Hegseth also praised the successful weekend recovery of a U.S. airman whose jet was shot down on Friday. Hegseth described the rescue in explicitly Christian terms, comparing it to the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
