The University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced that the data submission process for the QS World Rankings 2027 has commenced. In an official letter, the UGC has requested all eligible Higher Education Institutions to submit the required institutional data, including information related to sustainability, through the QS Hub Portal before April 12th, in order to ensure accurate representation in the global rankings.
The QS World University Rankings, compiled by Quacquarelli Symonds, are a leading global assessment of higher education institutions, focusing on academic excellence, employability, research impact, and internationalization. The 2026 rankings, which were the largest to date, featured over 1,500 institutions across 105 systems.
