POONCH, March 4: Deputy Commissioner Ashok Kumar Sharma and Senior Superintendent of Police Shafket Hussain Bhat visited the Sanatan Dharam Sabha in Poonch on Wednesday and extended greetings to the people on the occasion of Holi.
The officers interacted with members of the Management Committee and emphasized the festival's message of unity, brotherhood, and communal harmony.
They also participated in a procession that started from the Geeta Bhawan Mandir and passed through different parts of the city, with significant participation from devotees and residents.
Other attendees included ADC Tahir Mustafa Malik, ASP Mohan Lal, Tehsildar Haveli Azhar Majid, DySP Headquarters Neeraj Sharma, and Tehsildar Headquarters Pallvi Verma.
