JAMMU, FEBRUARY 17: Vice Chancellor Prof. Umesh Rai inaugurated the Pragati Startup Fest 2026 at the University of Jammu, promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, and student talent.
The event featured the release of the Exhibitor Catalogue, showcasing student startups and projects, with participation from students from Jammu Sanskriti School, GD Goenka Public School, and Bharatiya Shiksha Kendra.
